How often are you supposed to change the oil on this brand of liquid filled gauge??

How often are you supposed to change the oil on this brand of liquid filled gauge?? The issue isn't how often you change it as much as what weight oil should you use. LOl

I would just install a return line and ferget about it. Make sure the return is at least -8 Doug
