Messed up the rear bearing during install

Did some searching. Can't find just one

I'll buy a full set again but anyone know how to get just the rear most bearing ?

I used to care but....... things have changed

I had same issue 20+ years ago in high school. Went to auto parts store & was able to get just the 1 bearing. There should be a part number for each bearing.

Thanks. I'll try a few. At least it's an easy one to get at

They each have individual part numbers from Mopar but they might not be available anymore. I used to have boxes of individual cam bearings but I think I got rid of all that stuff.

Find the individual part number in a Chrysler parts catalog, then search for that number at the NOS suppliers like Deception Pass, etc.

Well I've checked several. No know has single part numbers

If anyone has an old part number for the rear most bearing I would appreciated it if it could be posted

Well, engine would be nice to know. I could assume you're working on a 1938 218 flathead six, but you probably wouldn't need that bearing.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

Although I think I have a broken set with rear bearing around here somewhere, if I were you I would probably invest in a new set by this time. Last ones I purchased (set of 5) were Clevites and less than 20 bux IIRC.

Try 1821775. Deception Pass shows them for $10 each.

$10 for the bearing then $10 for shipping. Makes no sense not to just buy a whole set for $25-$30 and be done with it.

Wasn`t trying to be critical. I was just saying to the OP why not just get a new set. It`s not like they are $100 or so.

Guys, which cam bearing is the best? I believe there is one company making seamless cam bearings.
