Hoping some of our resident E body experts can provide decode info for this 70 Cuda broadcast sheet. Trying to help out a friend whom owns the car. This early sheet is a bit hard for me to understand as compared to the proper later 70 sheet. Also, this car is believed to be an original N96 shaker car. However this area of the sheet is missing. Are there any other clues on this sheet that would indicate it being a shaker car? Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

Line 10, see the six in the middle? N96- Shaker hood.

Alaskan has it correct. That is a nicely optioned Cuda.

Ahhhh....thanks for the info. Car has correct cable grommet in firewall so I was fairly certain it may be an N96 car. Car had some front end damage early on and now wears a rallye hood. I would appreciate any additional info. Things I know are:

440-6 auto
FE5 red
white interior
auto with console
Dana 60
am/fm radio

Really would like to know more about stripes, rear gear (think it's a 4.10 car), wheels & tires etc. I look forward to more replys.

A22 Front and rear rubber bumpers, V6X Black hockey stick, A32 4:10 dana .
No real diffrence between these sheets and the full color 70 sheets as far as codes , etc.

Shaker code would have been on line 9 on the far right under the N codes .
That piece of the sheet is missing .

Barry, I think you are mistaken. This is an E series sheet which the code for N96 would be on line 9 toward the right end which is missing. The 6 on line 10 is an S code in the suspension and steering section. I don't think there is any other way to verify N96 unless you have the fender tag or window sticker.

Also it appears a few of the codes are not in their "correct" boxes .

Something fishy about this Broadcast sheet. I'm finding more codes that don't add up. More to look at yet.

I stand by what I said, but here is more information.

The sheet shown is an E-series (1969 model year).

But it has F Series codes (1970 model year) printed on it.

Not all of the box / option locations from one to the other are the same.

So, you have to align the codes with a 1970 model year sheet to decipher it.

The 'old' sheets were used up in the trim shop where the seats were done. All they needed was the interior trim code & model type which did not change positions, so it was a great way to use up leftover stock. It is actually pretty common to find the E series sheets in the seats of 1970 F series Hamtramck cars.

Ok, well that would explain all the confusion on the codes that don't match up. Thanks!

Yes. That's why I said you needed an F sheet to see where they should appear.

I have plenty of E and F sheets over here (and G, and H) , I just didn't realize the Hamtramck trim dept printed off on the E series sheet , and certainly not well in to October . I learned something new .

If you get lucky some vehicles have both series sheets hidden in them...Saves alot of decoding work...
