I don't want to cut the floor or use a cell in the trunk. Looking for ideas to cleanly install an electric pump setup.

I have a 3" tail pipe right there so space is limited but that is the idea if the space was there. Will a intank pump work with a carb since most are designed for efi.

Mine is installed in a cell, but using a 255 Walbro reg'd to 6psi for my 493. Amp draw is ~5 amps at 6-7psi. Pickup sock is a cheap pre-filter.
Only challenge might be baffles in a stock tank, check out Aeromotive Phantom or Tanks Inc for some aftermarket options.

I have a 3" tail pipe right there so space is limited but that is the idea if the space was there. you could always make a bracket & mount the pump in front of the tank & up behind the diff.

I bought a comp engineering sump and trimmed it down and tigged it to the new tank. Looks cool. If I knew how to post a pic I would! Lol

I have a stock tank w/ a sump welded on. Aeromotive A1000 pump mounted to the inside of the pass. frame rail. Probably won't work w/ tailpipes. -10 feed, -8 return...the return goes into the factory 3/8" sending unit p/u tube.

That's a nice tank setup but I don't want to disturb trunk area. The weld on sump or tanks inc unit looks to be the winner.
