I was just looking at a listing from Summitt on Brodix B series heads for a small block. Any info on them ? Can I still use my intake , rockers and headders with these heads ? Anybody had any real world experience with them ??

I was reading a little more on them too. It is such a shame they look pretty nice . I really have a pretty good platform for my car. x block 4 bolt mains so swaping for another engine wound not work for me. I really would like to find a good flowing set of stock configuration heads. The cost of buying so many additional parts sure makes it tough to justify.

touche' ....but I guess with the OP wanting to go 9's, I'd invest here rather than the Brodix. Both expensive, one will deliver. OR.... a nice W2 would suffice too and there are headers available to a degree. I could contact the guy that bought my complete W5 set up... they're still sitting in boxes as far as I know. heads, intake, rockers, studs.... my 1's would more than do the job FULLY PORTED. if he wants to keep stock like stuff go indybrock..
