The fitment on your windage tray is sloppy. Needs to be closer to the crank, but I still don't know if the bends in your pickup will clear. Try to install the pickup tube first and then slide the tray back into position.

Try to install the pickup tube first and then slide the tray back into position. I would actually try the non-stroker tray with the 4.25 arm and 2.20 rod journal. I bet it is close enough that you could easily clearance the tray at the rub points. I use the MP pick-up with the "six-pack" pan without issue. Be sure to also pre-check that the dip stick actually clears the windage tray.

I've used the stock Mopar windage tray and enlarged the slots slightly on the sides on my old Duster motor, with the 4.25 and 4.300 stroke cranks with H beam BB Chevy type rods. I did use two cork/rubber oil pan gaskets(one on each side of thr tray) as well as using one of my home made crankshaft scrapers on the passenger side with half of a oil pan gasket glued to the block on the other side I used the stock 6 quart 1970/71 Mopar street hemi/440 6 pak oil pan also with the stock Mopar 3/8 pickup Summit now sells there 1970/71 6 quart hemi clone oil pan at a lot better price That car went 9.993 ET at 134.6MPH on Oregon 91 octane pump swill through the muffs with the air cleaner on in Woodburn in the summer I did find out I needed to keep the oil level above the add line cold to avoid having the oil pressure drop on the other end when I let off I checked the oil level with 6 quarts in that pan with the timing cover off, it was below the windage tray about a half to 3/4 inch with the motor semi level on a engine stand IHTHs

I had clearance issues with the 440 source pickup so make sure it clears your rotating assembly before you bolt the pan on DAMHIK I ended up going with the stock type pick-up with the Milodon HEMI replacement pan. Gus
