Anybody use it, and?
I have not used that one, but have used various other Eastwood products with excellent results each time.

It says the can has a pot life of 48 hours when you start to use it, as it mixes the two components right before the nozzle. For small parts, it would be fine.
Interesting product. If the paint and primer are mixed "right before the nozzle" then why the 48 hour pot life??? The fact it has a pot life makes me think you somehow activate the whole can at once. And 48 hours is a LONG pot life! Makes me wonder what the paint formulation really is. Still...interesting. Makes me wonder if colors are right around the corner. But, I think this would be targeted at those who don;t have a gun and just have a small project. In the long run you'd be better off just doing it old school (if you do any frequent paint work)

There has to be some residual material in the mixing area (before the nozzle) that will harden up on you.
I really don't expect anything in a rattle can to truly equal a traditional 2k paint product. I'm sure it's fine for small parts, cut throughs, etc. In that respect, it's a money saver.

I haven't used them, but there is a "button" on the bottom of the can that when pushed breaks a seal on a chamber inside the can releasing part 2 of the paint into the part 1 of the paint. So the whole can is now activated, just as it would be in a conventional gun. I have never been sold on the idea that you can get as good of paint out of a spray bomb as you can from a gun. It's usually lots thinner so it can be pushed out of that small nozzle.
Thats what I was thinking--some method of activating the whole can. Makes sense. This method makes even more sense for colors. Small projects. odd colors etc. I wonder what the safety people think. Catalyzed paints are far more dangerous...that is IF they use the 'normal' isocyanate hardeners, which these may very well not!
