Hi, I'm going to change my old rubber motor mount on the left side to solid on my 1971 Charger w/440. PS w/AC. Any helpful suggestion? Thanks

I used the Moroso steel mount on the drivers side in my Satellite. Fit perfectly, swap was a 15-minute job. Hardest part is supporting the engine while you make the swap.

I suggest Schumacher Poly-Loc's, best of both worlds! And Mancini is having a sale for Fathers Day as they have posted on this site.."It’s Father’s Day weekend so Mancini Racing wants to reward all the dads out there for all you do. We know it’s tough these days being a dad so we’re rewarding everyone with a 10% discount* on all orders during starting Friday, June 19, the through midnight Sunday, June 21."

Its been a few years, abut I believe I supported the engine with my hoist from above, while I worked from beneath.

you can also use a piece of properly sized 1/2-3/4" plywood with a floor jack on the oil pan sump to support the engine while changing mounts. make safety your #1 game while under your car with properly placed stands/ramps. lost members are hard posts to read.

pull engine mount bolt, place a 2x4 about 4 inches long on the oil pan rail and raise with your floor jack on the 2x4.
