What Stump said, pull the bulkhead start checking continuities & if it is the FL find/fix the high draw/dead short that fried it
live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

As others have said I bet its either in the bulkhead, or the ammeter is failed. Either one is very common, and easy to locate just take a light and poke around till you find where you lose power somewhere...
