Come to find out the neutral safety switch and harness on on my 1970 Cuda 383 four barrel where never put on. It has an automatic transmission. I have purchased one from year one. Its on its way. I have looked at the wiring diagram and I am confused. where does it connect on the fuse block or is there a place on the steering column wiring harness?

True, I am taking the easy way out here, but at this point I am worn out. I am a rather big guy and I don't feel like crawling under the dash or anything else at this point until I know where I am going. I know it is a stupid question but every time I think its done, something comes up. Thanks for the help.

Jeff

Hey Jeff,

That will be a piece of cake for you to connect. Your new harness will connect onto the three pin tranny switch and run up the firewall to the bulkhead 4 pin connect that is a mirror image of the wiper motor connection.
That's a plug and play piece of work!

Jim

The separate brown wire hooks to the "G" terminal on the starter relay. Harness routes in the pic below.

Auveco rubber coated clamps would work I think?. Get em at auto parts and auto paint supply's stores, they sell Auveco.

I might have the size your looking for? What size is it I wonder, what size is the bolt? I'll send you a couple if I have the right size.
