Working on 2010 Avenger. The valve stem is cracked and wondering if you can replace valve stem in TPMS. I checked Advance and they have replacement valve stems for there in house TPMS.

PSO headed 632 from MM. Cracked cylinder, loose valve seats, low oil pressure, low cylinder pressure.

Just did a google search on it, appears they are serviceable, dorman has a stem replacement kit for 5 bux i think. If it doesnt pan out, the sensors are as low as 5 dollars...

Yes, that's the one I found at Advance, they were $5. Their TPMS were $55.00

If buying from advance is more of a convenience, then pull the trigger, but they have oem replacements cheaper online. If the stem repair fuxes it thats great, otherwise, even if you replace the sensor, a stealership still has to program it

Why? Are the ones from Advance different? I bought an extra set of wheels for my 2010 Ram 1500 and a set of new oem sensors off of ebay. I just installed the sensors in the new wheels, mounted the tires, and drove a few miles and everything was good to go.

I've had mine replaced at Discount Tire when they installed new tires. Drove it home and by that time the light went out. Doubt they carry OEM ones.

Sorry guys, couldn't reply... It was presumptuous of me to think the avenger was the same as my 2012 charger, only reason I saids..

Same here. Discount tire installed their TPMS , flashed it and works good. Plus theirs you can replace just the valve stem if it cracks...cool! It was $55 installed too.
