OK, I read the lowering thread about the van lca's and i will be doing this. But have some questions about the rear as none of the rear parts have been clearly explained. Now I'm going 3" of drop with the van LCA's and stock springs whihc is all my Father wants on the front. So I will want to drop the rear 2" to keep that slight rake he wants. Now since a flip kit will be too much drop, what are you guys using for the rear for only 2"-3" of drop? I figured longer shackles but which ones do I need? I can't find any that are 73-93 dodge ram specific, and figure some chebbies ones would work but what year/make chebbie ones I need?

Don't want to get into a pissing contest with Dodgeboy, but the '88 up Chevy long hangers I have here use metric sized bolts, slightly larger than the original Dodge ones, so I am THINKING (I know, dangerous) that longer shackles for the earlier, '73 to '87 style GM pickups might be the right size. Though, I haven't done it. I had my leaves de arched instead ... not saying it's the right or only way, just how I did it.
It takes gasoline to interest me.

Because the truck will look better when he cruises it on the weekends

Sweet looking Ramcharger...I am going to be pulling all of the wide black trim off my race '86 Ramcharger (weight saving measure, LOL)and I am fairly certain it is the same as your '90, so if you need the piece for your pass door let me know
He wants to remove all his trim also, but I told him to replace it in the mean time. Heck what kinda money you want for it, I might get it for a present for him and put it back on myself.
