My CAT H beams weigh 735gm about the same as a stock rod. They are 6.123 long. I have a set of Pankle's that are 6.4 long and weigh 585gm.

For a Mopar 6.123 they'll usually come in about 650 grams. The SIR rods are close to 600, can't remember if over or under.

A 6.125" chevy rod should weigh around 600 grams, I have some that were heavy duty right at 660.

Stock Mopar rods are clubs, IIRC 728 and 756 grams.
