Hi,
Can anyone post a picture of the correct intake bolts on a 1970 440-6 with an aluminum intake? Yearone sent me a set and they look like they are bs.

Do the bolts have washers? My intake had a super sweet set of twelve point bolts on it when I got the car.

I have bolts from a 70 440 engine, are they the same? They don't appear to have washers on them. Thanks!!

The bolts are the same all big block intake,no washer except the 69 1/2 aluminum intake.Bolts could be marked H,TR or RSC depending.

I don't think this picture of my Cuda will show them, but Frank Badalson sells the correct bolts and correct washers.I remember that all the bolts used a special washer, except the ones that were used on the coil bracket and throttle bracket.I also remember reading some place that these "special" washers were used somewhere else on the car but I can't think of where it was right now

The cast iron intake won't have washers. Original bolts were probably will be marked TR but the other ones that 62Maxwgn may also be used. I would get a set from Frank Badalson if you want correct looking bolts.

Thanks guys!

Looks like a typical pos product that Yearone sold me. I'm really disappointed with their products.

Looks like I'll be calling Frank first thing tomorrow morning. I've gone way too far now to put some bs bolts on it to get it done.

Dave, thanks for the reference. When I purchased your ICCA guide I was debating whether or not I would really need the fastener guide. I now see the importance of it.
