We are building a Hemi with a stock block, and would like to stroke it with either a 4.125 or even a 4.250 crank with the big block chevy rod journal size. We would like to be able to use a stock hemi oil pan, with a milodon windage tray for a stroker, and stock internal pick up and oil pan. ANYONE DONE THIS, WILL IT CLEAR AND FIT ? Thanks, Ron

The crate engines are 4.15 cranks.

Mine is a 4.15 crank but an aftermarket pan, but it has an internal pickup tube. I don't see what problems a stock pan would pose with the 4.15 to be honest.

mine is a 4.15 crank with a stock windage tray and oil pan. i never looked at the clearance, but i don't think a 4.25 would be an issue either. don't know if 4.25 requires grinding the block for clearance though. 4.15 doesn't.

Mine has a 4.5 stroke with the chevy rod journal. Does have an aftermarket pan though but I think about anything that will clear the oil pickup tube will clear the stock pan. Might have to lose the windage tray.

the biggest challenge is getting the crank to clear the pick up tube. the pan is no problem.
i have a 4.75 stroke crank, with chevy rod journals, in a mopar performance siamese block with a internal oil pick up tube.

It will work with a 4.25 arm and 32000 tray. Might need to clearance the pick-up boss and/or tube.
