Just finally got around to watching the episodes of Powerblock (or whatever they're calling it now. Why DID they change all the names?) With the G Machines chassis. I would absolutely love to have one of those under my 67. I doubt I could ever afford one, but Schwartz's website only mentions 68-70. I thought underneath 66-70 was the same. If not, what's different?

I understand them to be the same as well. I can tell you from personal experience that a 66 Charger console needs an extra two inches of clearance notch at the rear of rear floorpans where they transition to the underseat pan when installed in a 69 Charger. Either the 66 floor is longer or the 69 front console mounts are farther rearward.

Just because you're paranoid, it doesn't mean they are not out to get you. WANT TO BUY- Looking for a CD by 'The Sub-Mersians' entitled "Raw Love Songs From my Garage To Your Bedroom". Also, any of the various surf-revival compilation albums this band has contributed to.

Idler arm mount is different...that is the largest difference.

Interesting. Doesn't seem like either would prevent using the G Machines chassis. Maybe they just haven't tried it on a 66/67 yet.

If they ever come looking for volunteers, I'll be the first in line!!! The main issues I always have with my 67 are steering and brakes, and their setup would address both.

66-67 are a bit narrowed than 68-70. Not by a lot but just a bit Could you make a Schwarzt frame fit, probably, but it might need to some wheel opening modifications and more offset on the wheels to keep them under the openings.

BTW, once you spec out one of those Schwartz units with suspension, brakes, etc, expect to be up around $25k.

Yep. That's why I'll most likely never have one under my car...

Thanks for the info. Didn't know they were narrower.
