Got some plans for flushing up the bumpers with the body and having a nice 1/4 inch gap. Bumpers will be heavily modified then rechromed.

They will be somewhat flat with a soft radius to match curve of the body. Looking down the side of the car they will be flush and not stick out at all. Sort of a custom touch I think will look cool and different.

9" Pinion sets much lower than a Dana pinion....might get you under the stock tunnel.

Thanks! It's actually a B7 car. Thinking about painting it B5 though, not locked in yet.

At the ride hight I want going to need to need to raise the rear of the tunnel a bit and eliminate the old pinion snubber contact point.
