No question here... I am posting this info so it will show up in internet searches. Hopefully I can spare others the dead ends I kept finding while looking for wheel cylinders... You won't find them, even using the the casting numbers. They don't cross-reference to anything in the U.S. This SUV uses a Mexican-sourced Spicer rear axle. Because of the size of the backing plates and their relationship to the axle tubes, the wheel cylinders have a "notch" cast into them (I think I accidentally deleted the photo). That's going to leave you with rebuilding the actual wheel cylinder itself, and of course that kit isn't going to show up either. However, I did find this kit which will provide the needed parts: Partsmaster WCK3608 The bores are 15/16". I paid about $6 for each kit. Hope this helps somebody.

how did you get a Mexican Ramcharger in the United States? I thought it was illegal to import them.
Now that they are 10+ years old, I don't think anyone cares. I got mine from a Mexican family that had registered it in California (of all places). I took the California title to the Michigan DMV-equivalent and they didn't bat an eye. 10 days later I had a title that said "Dodge 1500 pickup".
There are at least 8 registered in the US now, including one in Ohio that I saw personally. They show up on California Craigslist every so often, usually on 26" rims and sporting obnoxious stereo systems, so it's not like they're hiding!
For the "pics or it didn't happen crowd":

So does it have a 318/518 like the plate frame says?
Glad somebody got it, lol! Yes, that is a homemade license plate frame. +52 (as in 5.2l) really is the Mexican country code, so that's what gave me the idea.

I would think a cop running that plate would pull you over just because it is not a pick-up. I am sure they would around here.
I have mechanical Aptitude. I can screw up anything.

99 percent of people don't look at it twice because (I imagine) they think it's a shortbed with a cap. The one-percenters (including cops) who DO notice are car people, and only give a thumbs-up. In fact, I have a few cop friends, and I've had to make them even notice... Let's not forget cops are younger than they used to be and are as car-indifferent as the rest of the population.
So you'd have to get somebody who notices, then he'd have to run the plate, then if it comes back as a pickup... Well that's not exactly nuts, 1/2 of it is a pickup! Having said this, I'll probably get stopped tomorrow! But I'm not ridin' dirty, so no worries.
Magnumguy, the front end parts are just regular 1500 Ram. And I'm glad you noticed my signature. I have dozens more and plan to rotate them every so often.

YOu're welcome. I ask as I might be interested when it's time for you to move it.
I saw the Honda one you had the other day.
