Those are about the numbers I've been running in the good air. Same 60' a bit quicker in the 1/8 and same 1/4 ET but only 133 MPH so your really making steam on the top end. At 138 I think you have quite a bit of ET improvement left.

Fantastic MPH for that ET. Heck my 9.91 pass was only 131 mph but with my small 550 lift solid cam and 4:88 gears my engine (408) is running out of snuff for the last 300 plus feet.

That 60' is WAY off. Was the cam degreed in as the numbers look almost like the cam is retarded. That's a lot bigger cam than mine especially when your do the 1.6 rocker calculation.

I'm thinking the reason for the big MPH. Is the A/D of the body. Car didn't spin the tires when it left. According to a friend observing the run. So where do I start looking for 60' ET.
Nice new bests. That car with its MPH is a strong 9.75 car
I agree that the 60 doesn't match the MPH. It should be around a 1.34/5 or so.
Also your picking up 30 MPH on the second half, that's excellent. The lost 670 could be in the carbs transition circuit or it could be a cam timing issue. Since you not spinning the tires Id start there.

It's a 416.
Also, Im in agreement with you. You just have one Single run so far. I would tune away on it first as it is, and get a lot more runs on it and see what you get. If tuning doesn't bring the 60 ft. around, then maybe consider changing the cam timing.
