Andrewh OP master A Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 8,690	but the engine sits farther forward too. so my thought was if the torsion bar crossmember stayed in the same "spot" the sleeves should be longer to take up the movement. eh. thanks either way. probably won't matter to me for a while, but at least I know they are different and am not guessing.

Motor is forward ie trany mount is forward ie trany mount cross member is forward ie tosion bar sleeves are further back. BTW all this crap only works if the torsion bars are the same length and I can't remember... I have to volley back to you Mark, you'll know this one. 65-66 torsion bars the same length? ...FAFO...
