Will 275/60/15 tires on 15/8 magnum wheels fit on the rear of a 68 b-body with stock suspension without any interference, clearance problems or bottoming out?

Back spacing is the thing to look at. If you have 3 1/2 to 4 in back spacing you should be OK. That size should net an 11 inch section or so.

Had that size tire on my 68 Charger. Plenty o' room.

I currently have the same tire/wheel combo on my 69 GTX with no interference.

on my Charger I had 215/70-15 for a bit of that 'big and little' look. The front rims were 15x7's and the rears were 15x8-1/2"

Largest you can go on the front with guarenteed no problems is 15x7 with 4" backspace and 235x60x15 tires.

Some are running larger, but some have problems with anything larger.

A big bluky tire up front would look funny. I use 215/75/15's or a 225/70/15 up front and 275/60/15's out back.

I'm running 15x8(4 1/2" backspace) magnums w/265-50-15s on the front and 15x10(5" backspace) magnums w/295-50-15s on the rear. No problems on my 68 charger. Scatpk has a similar setup and I believe he said he had run 395-50-15 drag radials under his GTX w/ no problems,D.

Can't be at stock "ride height".

Air shocks and tortion bar cranked up---maybe.

Have 225/70R15's on 15X7 Magnums on front to go with 275/60R15's on 15X8 Magnums on rear on my 69 GTX. Outside diameters are about the same & I (and others) think they look great. Got everything from Coker as a package deal.
