Yes.
NOS sets I've had included the coil wire, and it's unique, white lettering instead of yellow, and the boots are deep brick red.

I don't think NOS plug wires were individual cylinder based ( meaning 1 pt # serviced all 9 wires ,,aka cut to fit)
