If you really want to paint it, maybe you purchase the vinyl stripe and cut it out for a template? Admiration For Multiple Carburetor Vehicles...

RJS master Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 6,224 JERSEY	If your doing a restoration you'll be sorry you painted it. If not then it doesn't matter if it's right. The fading/peeling etc... is pretty bogus unless your car is going to be driven through all weather and then it will still last 15-20 years.
