i can't take pics, i'm in some godforsaken hellhole called iowa. (do you know it snows in iowa, in the middle of april? nice. ) anyhow, the radiator mounts to the back of the rad support, like it would in any truck. don't forget the spacers, and the bushings on the bottom. the fans mount to the front side of the rad support. once you have mounted the fans (they can only go on one way really, with the fans open side to the radiator) the wires go on the radiator side, and here should be a clip to hold the wires, in the center of the fan frame. you then install the condenser for the a/c, if you're running it. the condenser has metal brackets that mount it to the rad support with a screw up top on each side, and a screw at the bottom, where the rad support curves in towards the centerline. the lines go through the square hole on the upper passenger side of the rad support. sorry no pics, but the truck is at home. you might find some pics of the setup, in my "look what followed me home" thread, in this truck forum.

the radiator mounts behind the rad support. the condenser has nothing to do with this. there are rubber bushings with metal inserts that mount the radiator to the support. the condenser has to be unscrewed, and swung out of the way, towards the passenger fender. obviously the grill, center support, headlight surrounds also have to come off first. the grill has tapered supports between it, and the rad support. make note of them, when you remove the grill, so they go back in on the right sides, in the proper position. once you unscrew the condenser, pull it straight gently away, towards the left. (looking at it, from the front of the truck) find the plug for the fans, and plug them in. make sure the wiring harness for the fans is secured to the fan frame, and is secured across the top of the fan shroud to keep wires away from the fans. (test the fan motors first, to make sure they work) once the radiator is installed, filled, etc., and before you put it all back together, start the truck, and turn the a/c on max. (presuming the a/c is charged, and works) the fans should both kick on. run the truck to operating temp, and one fan should kick on. if this works, put the rest of the stuff back together. my fans run off of a fan controller and temp probe, inserted between the fins of the radiator, so i wont need the comp to run them, when i pull the entire computer controlled stuff from the truck. the radiator and fan setup is really quite simple, and you should be able to see the marks on the rsd support, where the fans were mounted originally.

truck is 1500 miles away, so i'm helping you with a faded memory. try the fan, with the open side facing the engine, on the backside of the rad support. see if the holes line up with the radiator mounting tab holes. if this is the case, the condenser can stay in place. mine had to be moved, as my fan is mounted in the front of the support, but it still seals to the rad, due to the shroud on it. my shroud is slightly different than the stock metal frame and shroud, but i still have the original, and a spare. maybe YOU should be the guy posting pics, for us to see.....

when you put the radiator into the rad support, do your mounting holes line up? do you have the isolator/bushings, that mount between the rad and the support?if this rad lines the holes up (all rads aren't the same, even though they are the same size. you need a 89 v-6 dakota radiator for an automatic) then remove it, and place the fans inside the opening, and line up the holes for it. i don't see the wiring harness to plug in the fans, coming from the computer/relays. the "1 inch holes" were added by someone in the past, to access a hidden nut, or a tool/nut dropped into the hollow void, of the support core.
