az426john OP mopar A Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 493 Arizona	Here is one for the experts. I have a friend with a 1966 Barracuda and the horn does not work. We have chased the problem down to the fact that there is no ground between the steering column center shaft and the gear box. Does anyone know if JB weld has conductivity? The plan would be to put a spot of JB weld on the spline to coupler connection to make a ground. Thoughts????? Thanks for any help in advance.

screamindriver master Joined: Feb 2004 Posts: 7,196 Harrisburg, Pa.	The horn switch is the ground but it should ground through the outer column parts not through the center...Is there a ground wire from the column to the dash frame ???

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	You just need the OE short piece of black wire with ring terminals on each end (or make one up) to connect (ground) the column to the dash frame live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
