ok guy's need some help here! recently narrowed a rear for my duster stock springs upon putting back together. I noticed my drivers side wheel sits closer to the wheel opening then the pass side. guess my question is are the springs different right to left ? the only other change was cal tracs n mancini rear roller shackles solid leaf bushings!

Did you move the spring axle pads?

What your seeing is not unusual on these dang Mopar unibody Anytime I move the springs or narrow the rear ends now I measure the tires in the wheelwells before and compensate to get them centered between the inner and outer sheet metal

ok I didn't notice if it was like that before. I can get my fingers between the tire n opening on the pass side but not on the drivers.

My Demon was the same way, then I centered it. Now it's just closer to the rocker on the left and the rear end is perfectly square to the body. A little harder to correct.

Thats pretty close any how... that was a common thing
back then.. its actually in the 1/4 panels... if you
were to start measuring thats where you will find
the issue

my springs were relocated by a former owner. where should I measure from the original front spring mounts? to where drum or? I have 325 50 15 drag radials also if that makes a diff.

Did he center the pinion or is it still off set..
but you can measure from the pinion... I dont have
a stock housing to measure off of to give you any specs
