I just picked up a set of 15 inch Aluminum slots from the local u pull r parts for scrap price. They are in good shape except someone had spray painted them black at one point. Now how can I remove the spray paint with out damaging the face of the wheel?
Thanks for any help
For the absolute best powder coating go to J.I.T powder coating, contact infomation is in my personal profile..

My guess would be they are already sanded or blasted under the paint. I'd buy a spray can of paint stripper and let it lift then pressure wash them.

brake fluid
Most likely this was painted with a rattle can. Either lacquer thinner or brake fluid and elbow grease should do it without damaging the original clear powder coat.
