TrWaters OP top fuel T Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,129 Vermont	I have an early hemi crankshaft with a pitted rear main seal surface. Originally used a rope seal. Who would you recommend to weld and grind the seal area, and can it be done without having to regrind the rest of the crank?

I think all of the early hemi Fire power Hemi had rope seals, not the later ones like introduced in the mid 1960 or when ever they first came out Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
