Michelle's ride: Factory iron head, 7: 1 compression (service manual has timing specs for 65 octane), factory stock solid roller cam, aftermarket Pierce aluminium intake manifold, Weber 32/36 DGV carby, four speed, 4.7 rear, 32" tires, Lucas sport coil, Pertronix module installed in dizzy Best run last Sunday, with me driving, 1/8th mile: reaction: .587 60ft:2.834 1/8th: 14.130 Speed: 46.88 (that is MPH, not KPH at least) At least one 60 ft was better but ET was worst Most recent modification, clean idle jets, replace fuel filter. The vise grips have been on there since she got the car in 1999. My ride: Most recent best: 1/2 mile in five minutes up our hill from old apartment to new house at the end of tow strap behind M's ride: Nothing like building a house to throw off schedules of every other project. It has done an 11.56 with the 452 and me driving which has to be worth a couple of tenths slowing it down. New mill which is in Dan Costello's very capable hands should do better.

Here's my junk project that never gets worked on...LOL
Hope it goes mid 11's (next spring?) with a warmed up 360...driven to and from the track.
How about a pic of the whole car? I'm thinking I'm going to put my Dart back to Gold and always like to see others for inspiration. That will get you off the hook for having no motor.

446, 915 heads, 3424lbs. Best ET was a 6.74 @ 102, but I only have a vid of a 6.75 @ 102. This is my street cruiser/ show car.

Any more details on the combo? My car is a little heavier but it hasn't ran faster than a 7.61 so far. Camshaft. Gear? I wanna run a 6 too!

I'd like to know more about this combo as well. A mid 10 second B body with a kickdown linkage. AWESOME ! ! !
Sorry for the delayed reply guys! It has 915 heads that have had serious port and polish work done. It is a stock stroke forged crank, .055 over bore cylinders. The cam is a Bullet hydraulic roller 305/318 duration 525int/ 513exh lift with Bullet roller lifters, and ductile adjustable rockers with K Motion springs. The compression is 11.5:1 with Venolia flat top pistons zero decked with napier cut rings. The trans is a push button with a Turbo Action 3000 9" convertor, and a 4.30 spool in the 8.75 rear end. I leave off the foot brake at 2900 and leave the trans in drive and let it shift itself (with the governor I have in it, it shifts at 5600).

Why are you so heavy? You have AAR fenders like mine correct? Mine is 3250 How much lighter is a 8-3/4" then a Dana?
