Badge OP member B Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 96 Oregon	I didn't get a oil pump gasket in the engine gasket kit. I ruined the existing gasket when I took the pump off. I am not having any luck finding one. This is the gasket that is between the pump and rear main. Do I need that gasket? Motor is a mid 80's 360.

buildanother I Live Here B Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 11,543 chicagoland,usa	You don't really need the gasket, but if you can take a good look at the pump mounting surface to make sure it looks flat at least. Sometimes the cheapy remans are a little warped.
