Looking for suggestions for any mopar engine building shops I should check out. I'm driving from Santa Barbara, CA to Big Bear Lake, CA (101 to 210) on Thursday and would love to scope out some engine builders along the way. I'll be driving from SB to Newport in a week as well, so basically any shops in LA I should be able to stop check out. Thanks for the help! Dave ps. right now my plan is an LA based 408 stroker, definitely staying small block but specifics could change.
Pettis Performance in Hesperia California. Jason has a full service facility including an engine dyno and machine shop. There are a few on this board who will vouch for him. I think there is no better. Just google Pettis Performance.

Here is yet another vote for Jason and Pettis Performance.
