The windows on my friends Voyager won't go up and down. He pulled the driver's door panel and changed the switches out with a JY part.

Fuses are all good. Is there a module somewhere to change out or check?
Gracias!

Check the wiring between the door and the body. The wires for the windows are thick gauge and breakage is not uncommon.

Check for a relay under the hood.

Big black rectangular box of fuses and relays didn't have anything labeled "windows." I am guessing that is where it should be?

If it has a relay that will be where it is.

I know this is about fan relay but it shows where all the relays and fuses are. http://www.fixya.com/cars/t10454016-replace_fan_relay_99_plymouth

I test them this way.

Jump box or battery charger take small wire from each side of the power source. Unhook the wire from the motor. Touch red to one spade black one to other spade. If no movement switch sides. If window goes down or up either way motor is good. If not its motor. If it does then check wires that go through post into door. I test that by having someone hold switch in either down or up depending on where window is at. with key in on position btw. While they are doing that I grab the wires and move them up or down and around. Usually if there are broken wires in that group you will get some action in the window. If not there then switch or relays but usually it's one of those.

Great! Thanks! He had to leave. Looking at the bends in the harness to the door?!!! It may very well be the problem!

Thanks again, MOPARTS Rocks!
