I have only drove it 283 miles in the past year and getting it ready for winter storage.It was drove 3 times approx 75-100 each time.Should I change the oil/filter? Change the filter and replace qrt of oil? Do nothing?

I would change it & run it for several minute to coat everything with fresh uncontaminated oil. live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

I start mine in the winter every month and let her get good and warm. Every spring I change it. I would think given condensation etc, the spring time change is much more critical.
