frank OP top fuel F Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 2,138 tucson az	The turn signal cam in my 69 GTX cracked in two. I received a new cam through ebay. The stud the cam slides on-too has retaining flanges on each end. These flanges are preventing the cam from sliding over the stud. I see no way to remove these flanges therefore I cannot install the cam. What am I missing here? How is this cam installed without damaging it?

I just replaced mine for my Dart a little under a year ago and may be able to help. I just can't recollect what it all looked like. It helped me to download the factory service manual.

frank OP top fuel F Joined: Feb 2003 Posts: 2,138 tucson az	That's exactly the way it was when I removed the broken cam. If you buy a new turn signal switch you get the assembly; cam and switch. There has to be a correct way to install this cam
