All I know is that it a 360 converter. It measures 11 3/16 inches. What stall could it have?

Where are you measuring it? If you're measuring it across the bolt holes it's a 12" converter......stall speed will depend on the power input.

I measured the outer diameter. I want a converter for a 360, would guess around 320-340hp.
Trying to upload the pic again.

Measure across the bolt holes, if it measures 10" it's an 11" converter if it measures 11 1/8" it's a 12" converter.

There's no way to tell the stall speed by looking.

If you want one for a 360 first thing you need to do is make sure it has the extra balancing weights on it. There should be two weights tack welded to the front of it. Typically the 360 ones will have what looks like a larger starter ring and are supposed to be about 1800 from what I can remember. That looks like a 318 to me...maybe 1200 stall??????
