Does anyone produce either stepped 1 5/8th to 1 3/4 headers, or simply just 1 3/4 inch headers for small block 72-80 D series 2wd pick-ups?

What are the fast small block D-series running for exhaust?

UPDATED below.

This header question is asked about once a month. I think somebody said tti makes some. Otherwise if you build them you have what you want

Thanks...I've never had much luck with the search feature, hence the question.

It seemed to me that as far as TTI goes, the closest I could find was that on classracer.com, a member states that they use tti's on their full size dodge truck. But, it doesn't state the model number header or the year/engine of the truck.
The thread that it's mentioned (maybe he's a member here?)
http://classracer.com/classforum/showthread.php?t=33465

I tried to join the forum to message the individual, however, their registration feature ask "who sponsors the NHRA sportsman series" and I can't come up with the correct answer

Building is an option...but in all honesty, I'd rather get something off the shelf.

Hedman used to sell a step header for our trucks I've had a couple sets over the years.

I'd get a set for an E body & move one tube
I had to notch the bottom lip on the frame at the prop valve to clear

They fit up inside the framerails & won't drag on a lowered truck

I used Hookers they were like $600 my cost

*Update*

So the latest is this:

TTI headers can be made to fit...

Waiting on an answer of what will fit best though...A Body or B body. If one does not come, then the shop I'll be working with will get a set of both and we'll just figure it out. Sure, it'll probably involve a couple notches or denting here or there, but it'll give me the exact header I want (stepped) without the cost of getting a custom made job.

Have to do it via the shop because I'd hate to try w/o a lift and every assortment of tools...

So hopefully in a couple of months, we can know a bit better what works.

Also I've been told that hooker 5115's can work too (B/E body headers, 1 3/4 primary tubing, 3" collector. I'd be inclined to try however, the flange isn't as thick, and I think for this engine, a stepped header will actually perform best.

I had a set of Hedman Tork Step headers on my 84 D350 2WD. It was a 360 truck, and the headers were for a 4WD frame, but fit with VERY minor clearancing on the passenger side frame rail. They were some of the nicest headers I've ever had.
