I need a 1/2" male pipe X -8an male fuel gage fitting, with 1/8" female pipe for the gage. Lot's of 3/8" male pipe, but haven't found 1/2". Anyone?

I'll get out in the shop and root around tomorrow....it sounds familiar , but no guarantees.

Thats a odd step combination. You may have to bush the 1/2NPT down to 3/8" or get a flare reducer to take the -10 to -8

I know you can get the 1/2 X 8AN but you might have
to drill and tap the 1/8 pipe

Leigh you could stop by and see what I have. I have a lot of odd stuff, plus taps. Are you asking for a fitting that is 1/2 pipe, 8an on the other end, and 1/8 pipe for the gauge all on one fitting?

1/2 to 3/8 pipe is a common reduser try any good hardware or home depo.

Thats what I'm thinking he wants... 1/2 pipe to 8AN
with a 3rd port of 1/8 pipe... I have MANY fittings
in the drawer but I cant say I have seen what he wants
but a drill and tap would be easy... right on the hex

i seriously doubt anyone makes that fitting and can't think of any 1/2" x -8 adapters that have a wide enough hex to drill and tap for 1/8" NPT. best you could probably do is use a 3/8 x 1/2 bushing

I did as suggested. 1/2" pipe to 8an adapter that I drilled and tapped for an 1/8" pipe fitting for a pressure gauge.

Thanks for the help. I already am using a 3/8 -1/2 adapter, but I want to eliminate that. Looks like I'll make my own.
