I forsee myself having the same delima, not being able to decide what hood to run.
I think what I'm going to do is get 2 hoods, the AAR style and the 2-scoop raisin bran hood preferably in fiberglass if I can find one in good shape.
Prep and paint both hoods.
Then, I can change the look of the car in less than 30 minutes by swapping out hoods
