Please give me a call. 866-973-9473. What type of engine? Do you have a pic of your number 6 spark plug area for a reference? We have specific wires and boots for nearly every application. Thank you.
1963 413 in a 74 Plymouth Satellite with full length headers. (not sure what brand) Looks like these. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/hed-78...model/satellite I need to see if I can get a picture. The engine is currently out of the car but I think if I bolt the header on it will give you an idea. I have absolutely no room between the inner fender and the 1st tube that runs over the top. I have to run 2,4,& 6 through the front undeneath. #8 runs topside along valve cover intake side. #6 burnt right where it curls up to head towards the plug. I'm thinking I may need a heat sleeve of some sort.
When is best time to call?

I cleaned this thread up...Mike...I have goood luck with Fire cores, too. The ones real close to the headers have sleeves on them.

The passenger side header that caused the issue with #6 wire.
Who ever made those headers must have had stock in the plug wire companies... they are REAL close
