are all of the lines new? possibly cracked or lose fitting letting air in? I had the same problem on my roadrunner. the bleeders seemed to bleed out fine only to have a soft pedal. got looking and found brake fluid oozing out of the fitting that goes down to the axle.

Installed a proportion valve is the only thing I changed in line.
does it have the little pin valve that needs to be pulled (& held) out while you're bleeding?
. Didn't notice a pin or anything. Just the knob to increase or decrease pressure.

Do they pump up? If so there's still air in there. To answer your question earlier is yes they will pump up..

I went through this on a 4 wheel ssbc setup. Took along time to get the bubbles out. I went through about 2 quarts of brake fluid with a power bleeder and it still took a while. Patience.
How long is a while? Ive been doing it for 3 days and still no hard pedal.. Ive done everything, cant find any leaks anywhere, ive even put another M/C on today. Ive bled brakes before with no problem, but this sure is not working this time. Im at wits end..Im no mechanic but i try to do and learn everything I can myself especially to save some money, but i guess im gonna have to get some help this time.. Maybe i will take a few days away from it then try it again..

I'd consider capping the M/C with 2 brass Edelman inverted flare plug & see if the M/C is good/bled then hookup one half. this'll help you narrow the problem down & make some progress. Holler how it goes
