1974PW OP mopar 1 Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 497 wentzville mo	i have the big easy head with t&d rockers im set up to do push rod oiling but my question is, is just push rod oiling enough by its self or should i run a restricted line off the block to my head to oil the shafts. originaly i was going to just do the line off the block to the head but was worryed about the push rod ends so i went with push rod oiling to cover that. but now im wondering how good the push rod oiling feeds the shaft. Thanks

dvw master Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 9,848 MI, usa	My -1 are push rod oiled with T&D individual shaft rockers. Comp 892 tappets with bushed lifter bore,.060" orifice. More than enough oil. I may restrict it in the future. Doug

Thanks if you are using the solid shaft t&d set-up, i would use the rear of the block fittings for oiling. it is much simpler and more than enough. i even restrict the oil to the heads with this set-up. the t&d,s are unique in that with this type set-up, the pushrod and rocker cup are pressurized with oil. 68 cuda formula S 588" bb 5sp 70 CUDA CONVERT 500" 5SP (SUBLIME) 70 CUDA CONVERT 500" 5SP (PLUMCRAZY):TOO MUCH HORSEPOWER, IS ALMOST ENOUGH!
