Any dyno, or flow testing of these heads? How good would they be for street and occasional 1/4 mile?

Just an opinion but at 500.00 a head you have to figure the cost of valves and machine work. That adds up!

Am I reading this right? To me this sheet is from a stock set of regular Stealth heads. I have tested 16 Stock out of the box ports and the most that I have found was 267cfm.

As I said, this has been the ONLY info I have ever found out from any source. I wasn't going to argue with the guy, and don't per say agree with his results, this is why I brought the post over to this thread. The head porters here, I was sure had some input on what that post and the guys numbers were said to represent.

Yes they are flows from a regular Stealth head.

I have tested many stock Stealth ports and until recently the best they ever flowed OOTB was 268 cfm. The last three sets of heads have come hand blended in the bowls whereas they never have been before. This is what I attribute the OOTB increase in flows to.

On a Stealth port tested last night the flows were.

Lift.......Int/Exh

.100.........77/68
.200.......157/143
.300.......222/189
.400.......268/231
.500.......302/262
.600.......329/283
.700.......343/293
.750.......346/299

We have a junk Stealth port that flows 350 cfm @ .700" and 356 cfm @ .750" but gives up 6 cfm average through the 8 lifts.

I bought a pair of Super Stealth heads, just to test, because I had never seen any flow figures for them. Those are my flow test figures on BIGBLOCKDART.COM

Yes, that is for a regular Stealth. What would be your frame of reference for "level of work"? It's just enough work to get the listed flows.

The last set of numbers you posted are obviously a ported set of stealths , CORRECT ?? And are they Stealth or Super Stealth ?

Still waiting to see a comparison of your work on another bench for a reference

this is from my super stealth & my bench

been a while, been pretty ill,but the weather has cooled of some & finally got my flow bench & heads to the house,so i got some #s together so far,
these are the 440 super stealth & this is for a street motor,my testing cyl adapter is 4.250 bore diameter, i will machine it to 4.4 when i can get to it
otb .200 140
.300 202
.400 242
.500 256
.600 267
.700 267
OK opened the seat up a little & did a little combustion chamber work, worked on short side & made max wedge size i am stopping here cause i dont need more flow, this is a street engine build,@ .700 they flow enough to make 688 hp,my cam will be .650 lift. these heads really want a bigger valve but to do that the seats would have to be changed, flowing the head with no valve they flow 360 not saying they would flow that # with a bigger valve but the would definitely pick up some.

Frame of reference? Whatever you're comfortable with, I guess. What do you charge for that head at that flow would be my 1st choice, so it can be factored against buying a different head. If it takes 5hrs per port, a bunch of welding and epoxy, so you're looking at $2k labor right off then it just makes more sense to go Victors or B-1's from the beginning. I mean for racing, it makes sense to do that anyways but the vast majority of mopar guys seem to want to squeeze a turnip for blood

BTW, thanks for posting, it seems that a lot of folks want to attack you, for whatever reason, and I appreciate that you keep going. S/F.....Ken M

Correct, the flows in the above post are a ported set of standard Stealth.

Here are 325cc CNC 440-1 and SUPER Stealth flows from our bench, (1) column is OOTB Indy CNC 325cc 440-1 (avg of 4 ports), (2) is OOTB SUPER Stealth, (3) is ported SUPER Stealth with a very lazy attempt at porting the exhaust. The exhaust port in the Super Stealth, in my opinion, is inferior to the standard Stealth.

Lift...........(1).............(2)..............(3)

does anyone have a picture of the stealth heads next to 906's, 346's, 915's, or any of the good iron heads, im curious to see how "stealth" these heads actually are, i was tossing around the idea of getting the stealth heads that have been ported by modern cylinder head from 440source then getting better locks retainers and springs for my car over the factory iron heads, but the car still needs metal work so the engine combo is undecided besides 440 sixpack but i want as close to factory look as possible, and are these heads even worth getting for that matter
