ALMOST DONE WITH THE INTERIOR!
S&w roll bar kit, all custom fabrication by my dad Tim Bowman, interior light post, headrest, harness mounts and Custom tubular sub frame connectors. (no pics of the subframe conn. yet)

Ok... I'll ask... why did you bend the bar going down
to the sub frame connector from the main hoop... normally
thats a straight shot

It is welded directly too the subframe connector, it is designed that way to take steepnes out of the bar, it has a triangulated strut to spread the load and to ease fitment and welding...

Yes... in a way... I've never had a problem welding
the steeper angled bar.. but thats the way you wanted
to do it

I am NOT a chassis guy but I would think it would be stronger on the angle to the center hump. It being attached to the subframe connector maybe what 1 1/2' to 2' away from the downbar may give it a little more strength. In a rollover God Forbid I would think the other way would hold the downbar inplace better.
