i bought a cal-trac mono spring, and bar set up...(for a b+e) a few swaps ago.got it pretty cheap, and was going to use it on my charger, but never did.so i am now working on my dart, and want this set-up under it...so what is different?..can i buy the shorter front spring segment?...and also can i buy the tube that is shorter for the a-body? i was just wondering if anyone knows about going from a b+e setup,to a a-body setup, and maybe an idea of the cost for the spring, and tube?....sure would be nice if i can. i already have a new d-60 narrowed,w/disc's from mosier,,,thinking the cal-trac would be perfect addition...so anyone?? thanks,in advance..mike

Call Calvert. I'm sure they sell replacement parts. They'll also be able to tell you about the spring swap. The spring rates between A & B body springs may be an issue. Bottom line: Call Calvert!

let me know what you find out, I might want to try the mono-leaf set-up. Easy way to findout is check the part #'s....if they are the same for A and B body then I'd guess they'd work, if not

There is a diference between the A Body & E/B Body length of the Tubes. I believe it is like a 2" difference in length or something like that. I have an extra set for an A body laying around that were mis-packed in my E/B Body kit in error. Calvert set me the correct E/B replacement tubes at no charge. I see you are in Mi also. I will give them to you if you want them.

Correct. The force bars are ~2" shorter as that's the difference in front segment length between the body styles.
