What does the V21 option look like on a 69 Bee with an air grabber?

So then the only way you got V21 on a 69 Bee was with N96 option. Is there a V21 without N96 on a 69 Bee or R/T?

 How about " V23" on a '69 Coronet 500 convertible.  I'm not so sure there wasn't a "V21" for the non-N96 cars. The post-A12 end of the '69 model year had a handfull of not well known (or understood) OPTIONS: the "Spring Special" packages, paint, hood pins, etc.. Were there any factory RWL cars besides the "Spring Special" 383 Road Runner & Super Bees?
