Sorry, Flat Tappet cam.
As Mike has said, the lobes will dictate the valve spring pressure needed, It is best to call the cam company with your grind number and ask them I have used from 110 lbs on the seats with 325 Lbs. open pressures on small lift cams like your asking about and I have used 175 lbs. on the seat with 425 lbs. opened, that was on a race cam for a 418 C.I. W2 headed pump gas small block street and srip with NASCAR lobes, we had to break the cam in with the inner springs removed, 130 lbs. on the seats and 300 lbs. opened for 30 minutes efore adding the inner springs That cam was nitrided also Find out who made the cam and call them
