Its gonna depend on what the back of the car weighs but usually its 110 to 120... if its heavy then 130 max

My car had 170 lb srpings on the rear to start with,BB 1971 Duster, 3450 lbs, 1650 lbs on the back, I switch them to 150 lb. springs and that made the ride smoother, 130 lb springs would have probally been better but 1.39 60 ft. times foot braking my 727 made me grin
