Owen is home!

He is still scared because he can't see very well. Everything is blurry. One eye isn't tracking with the other one. Hopefully that continues to improve. Our next apt will be on the 3rd when we will be talking about chemo. He also has an apt the 7th to remove all the stitches.

Before leaving the hospital, I made sure his nurse knew there might be some care packages still on their way. She said they would be forwarded to us if any did show up. I feel bad for giving out the hospital address because I thought we would be there longer then this.

That is a Christmas miracle!!! Great news!! Home is where the heart is and the best healing can be done now! Best wishes from here on out! Btw did my package make it? I never put a tracking on it so hope it made it. Either way I would rather hear he is home than know it made it! Hope Santa makes a great visit there tonight!!!
