Mancini has an exclusive deal with HS to produce their rockers with bushings instead of rollers and you can only find them in the flier. Here is the number http://chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/manciniracing21.htmlThey are a few hundred cheaper Gus

If you're worried about them being 8 yrs old I would send them to Harland to have them checked or rebuilt, and get a price on some 1.6 rockers for the intake only. I always run HS rockers, very reliable and perfect fit right out of the box.

"Better geometry" ?!?! On which head ? The simple fact is that a lifter with perfect geometry on one brand of head could have crappy geometry on another since any change in valve angle, pedestal height, etc. will affect the geometry. So if Hughes "claim" better geometry, it should be for the brand of head your using.
If you go with Hughes, check them carefully - a friend of mine bought a set and not all were drilled to squirt the springs. They replaced them but the guy was still on the hook for return shipping!
As for the change in ratio, why not go to 1.6 if you have the opportunity ?!?!? On a .600 lift cam you'd be adding another .040.. That should be worth something !
As for the pushrods, I'll bet you don't need to change those at all. You may have to do some grinding on the heads for clearance tho'

I`m soon to be throwing some $$$ at my dart and wanted to spend "wisely" not just focus on power so maybe I`ll call HS and see what they say. The shafts have some small scratches and pits so maybe I can polish those out or send em the whole deal. I`ll pass on the 1.6`s for now cos It`s close now and when I re-ported my heads, I straightned up the joining walls and thinned the p-rod pinch so it`s thin there and can`t risk cutting through.............

True, dat.
There's no way to know where the geo is until you assemble the parts, including the cam.
BTW: the closer the cam is to being really close to what the engine wants, the worse the result of higher ratios will be. Best use? When you already suspect the cam is too small, or the LSA is too wide, or both.
Thanks to everyone for not posting "use lash caps".
