removing a 1970 roadrunner dash frame

Hi, I have a 1970 Roadrunner and i'm not sure if the dash frame is removal or not? The reason I need to remove the frame so I can paint the top of the dash. Please help, thanks.

Correct.Windshield has to be removed,and the dash frame bolts are under the seal.
Nautilus Racing- We use Superformance gaskets and Turbo Action converters/products.

The windshield must be removed to access the bolts under the gasket. Remove those bolts and one bolt on each corner of the dash behind the kick panels and it will come out. The A pillar moldings and steering column will also need to be taken loose.
